News on TPA
I'm working on the first Plum Avenger adventure. It'll be short and feature an all new villain I've created. Here's a brief look ahead.
In a torrential downpour, The Plum Avenger leaped from building to building in pursuit of The Steam Fiend. Steam Fiend bounded from roof to roof. With ease he would elude his pursuer in the downpour. Jets of steam shot from the engine strapped to his back as he moved through the air. The Plum Avenger was falling behind. Thinking quickly he reached under his cape and palmed a short throwing knife. With expert precision, he loosed it. Spiraling in an arc, the knife connected with the Steam Fiend in mid air high above the street. The knife pierced a steam line connected to the engine. A burst of hot steam exploded from the tear, and Steam Fiend careened off course, hitting the edge of the roof and falling to a fire escape.
The Plum Avenger took the opportunity and soared to the same rooftop. Exerting strenuous force, Steam Fiend clamored his way up the slippery concrete roof. Waiting for him was The Plum Avenger, his twirling nunchaku glimmering in the city lights.

Some Info About The Plum Avenger
The Plum Avenger is a costumed crime fighter. While he has no superpowers, he has a desire for justice. He is athletic, possesses investigatory skills, and is determined to uphold the law (except for the one against vigilantism obviously).
I'm hesitating to reveal his origin in hopes that the story will see the light of day, but I can say that he's not a billionaire nor is his in the poorhouse. He's not unparalleled at the skill he possesses, but is backed up by a support team that includes intelligence, transportation, and even tactical back up. Not only does he receive help from this back up but he gets help from other super heroes in the area.

News
Plum Avenger has unfortunately been on the back burner for the last few months, but it is not in the can. I've been working on back stories, new characters, new villains, new heroes, etc, designs, styles, motifs, and whatnot. It may yet be sometime before The Plum Avenger sees the light of day on the internet, but that day will come, and he will be ready.

Greatings
This blog will be dedicated to a weekly/biweekly comic strip I am writing. Each week (or every other week) I will produce one-to-two pages of an original comic. These pages will also appear on my Deviant Art page http://randomninja-5.deviantart.com/
The first segment due up later this week.
My reasons for doing this is to see if I can finish something. All my life I have created concepts for stories and characters which showed great promise, yet are left collecting dust in my closet and under my bed. I need to make myself complete something that I created.
Maybe I can do this with my sanity intact, but I think a little insanity is a healthy thing, don't you?
